About the Role

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Intern with a background in Hotel Management or Hospitality. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent guest experience and want to gain exposure in a corporate environment.


Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner
Manage front desk operations and ensure a well-maintained reception area
Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately
Coordinate visitor management and maintain logs as per security protocols
Manage couriers, packages, and office mail
Assist in scheduling meetings and conference room bookings
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and admin teams for smooth office operations
Provide administrative support and assist with basic documentation


Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management (mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable, polite, and customer-service oriented
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and handle a professional corporate environment


Preferred Skills

Prior internship or exposure in hospitality, front office, or guest relations
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Positive attitude with willingness to learn
