Role Overview
This role requires the individual to develop content for brands across lifestyle, health, education, events, and more. The candidate will work on various content formats including social media posts, blogs, infographics, and emailers, while also contributing to creative campaigns for brand building and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
This isn’t just a “write captions and chill” role (though yes, you will write some fire captions).
You’ll:
Dive deep into brands — understanding their audience, tone, and what makes people stop scrolling.
Create scroll-stopping content across platforms, including social media, performance ads, outdoor campaigns, and reels that drive engagement.
Turn ideas into campaigns that people actually engage with (not just double-tap and forget)
Work closely with designers, marketers, and clients — because good ideas rarely happen in isolation
Look at performance data and think, “how do we make this better?”
Required Qualifications & Skills
We’re not looking for Shakespeare. We’re looking for someone who can make people feel something in 10 words or less.
• A background in Mass Communication, Literature, or a related field is essential to bring strong storytelling and communication fundamentals.
• Strong written & verbal communication (grammar is cool, clarity is cooler)
• A creative brain that doesn’t settle for the first idea
• Basic understanding of platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• 0- 6 months of experience in writing, content, or social media (internships count!)
• Someone who’s curious, observant, and low-key obsessed with good content
