Scope Of Position

The Business Intelligence Intern will focus on helping the current Business Intelligence team with dashboards / reports / database validation process, primarily working on IT-308 ERP+ Reporting project. This includes various ERP+ BI tasks, supporting the IT developers with full validation process and documenting them. The Intern will also be trained in various BI and database tools, Microsoft D365 tool from reporting perspective and will be provided the opportunity to develop reports/dashboards for end users through TAC system. This will provide the Intern with the Most In-Demand skillset and experience needed for today’s competitive job market.

? Analyze the data and perform detailed data validation by comparing multiple systems including ERP using Microsoft Excel.

? Document the results of analysis in Microsoft Excel, Work, Power point and Outlook tools.

? Provide recommendations to IT BI team on possible ways to provide data for faster and efficient validation processes.

? Faster learning of IT tools and technologies and willingness to spend extra hours for self-learning.

? Strong Computer literacy, experience with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook.

? Schedule meetings and co-ordinate various teams within BI and other teams in IT for data requirements.

? Preparation and analysis of ad-hoc reports (self-service) after training.

? Deliver small initiatives and projects related to reporting with no or minimal assistance

KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION: (Minimum Education and/or Experience required / Certification required)

? High school graduate/GED required 2025/2026 Batch.

? Must be a current undergraduate student majoring in an accredited degree program for Computer Science/Engineering or similar entering their sophomore, junior or senior year.

? Excellent communication, interpersonal skills – written & verbal

? Exposure to any ERP tools and report on it.

? Strong technical knowledge of personal computers.

? Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task and prioritize work

? Knowledge of databases and any BI tool preferred.

? Strong computer literacy, experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook

? Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.
