Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site internship role based in Hyderabad for a GTM Associate (Intern) at Slickbit Technologies. In this role, you will help keep the business development engine active across Slickbit and its product, Trace. You will support outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, campaigns), manage and maintain HubSpot to ensure leads are tracked and organized, and build/refine high-quality prospect lists.

You will work closely with sales and product teams to conduct research and develop a strong “golden” list of target accounts, while also ensuring Slickbit’s LinkedIn and website stay active with relevant content. The role involves contributing ideas for marketing experiments, creating pathways for prospect engagement, and continuously identifying opportunities to streamline and automate GTM workflows.


Duration: 6 months (with possibility to convert into Full time)


Qualifications

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Curious mindset with interest in GTM, sales, and marketing

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Ability to conduct research and build structured prospect lists

Familiarity with outreach tools (LinkedIn, email platforms) and CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus

Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset

B.Pharm degree is a must

Prior exposure to Pharma, Biotech, or Lifesciences is a plus

Interest in AI-driven solutions and their applications in Life Sciences is desirable
